The concept of introducing National e-Service Bus, a middleware platform basically, to facilitate citizen service delivery is a crucial part of Bangladesh National Digital Architecture (BNDA) framework. National e-Service Bus is a software driven middleware platform which is being developed keeping a provision to enable online services, sharing of information and data of ministries, departments and directorates to ensure interoperability and end user’s easy access to it. It's the first ever SOA (service oriented architecture) based middleware platform owned by some govt entity of Bangladesh.
ICT division and BCC is spearheading continuation and expansion of Porichoy and National e-Service Bus. National e-service bus is hosted in national data center (maintained by BCC itself) and carrying out operation & maintenance of the system with the help of regular employees and consultants. BCC has drafted BNDA Act and policy to enforce and mainstream framework and related guidelines by line ministries. BCC is providing managed service (service list) for other govt agencies using national e-service bus. It can act as a revenue generating source through imparting services. For example, BCC can take service charge from organizations for connecting services, load balancing the connected services etc.
Cabinet Division and ICT Division has agreed to promote National e-Service Bus to connect important and heavily used citizen services/e-services. Govt agencies have started asking BCC to connect citizen services and application systems with National e-Service Bus. National e-Service Bus is also focused in BNDA guideline (1st version link) to be a national level middleware platform for connecting citizen services. Many Departments have requested BCC to help connecting services with national e-service bus.

Employers can process job applications and shortlist applicants. It has online exam system with automated result processing facility. A large question bank ensures managing assessment test with quality. It utilizes BlockChain technology to prevent fraudulent practices related to recruitment exam.
GeoDASH stands for Geospatial Open Data Sharing Platform. Its web based application and platform for collating, storing, and sharing geospatial data and for deploying spatial data infrastructures (SDIs). It’s based on GeoNode system, an open source geospatial content management system. In fact, it’s the 1st complete SDI in Bangladesh, It provides integrated data storage, data retrieval capabilities, viewing, and mapping capabilities. NSDI (National spatial data infrastructure) is developed based on it
We have got huge response from govt. agencies about the unique platform. Many agencies have started to use the platform, such as, Department of Disaster Management, Forest Department, Bangladesh Water Development Board (BWDB), Flood Forecasting and Warning Center (FFRC), Rural Electrification Board of Bangladesh (REB), Local Government and Engineering Division (LGED), Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Directorate of Primary Education (DPE) etc.
Boithok' - a web based video conferencing platform. Boithok is hosted in national Data center, And maintained by the BNDA team. It enables the users to share their necessities, feelings through perfect instant secure video conferencing that creates a real scenario of a virtual meeting. This platform is completely secure and users’ data are entirely safe. Here no data/ recordings is stored outside of the country. One of the most important features of the Boithok platform is unlimited duration of the meeting. Honorable ICT State Minister instructed to extend it's usage across govt offices, after upgradation and incorporating user comments/feedback. ICT Division, BCC, A2I and some other govt offices are using boithok on regular basis. 56+ live meetings were held in Boithok in last 2 months of 2021.
Food Grain Procurement System is a web Based application software to manage & control food grain procurement activities from internal market. Main Stakeholders are Farmers, Millers, Upazilla Agriculture Officer, CSD/LSD (Central Storage Depot/ Local Storage Depot), Department of Agriculture Extension (DAE) and DG Food Office. DAE and DGF are service owner, BCC is facilitating service development & maintenance.
A simple yet powerful app build by BNDA Team for Bangladesh Overseas Employment and Services Limited (BOESL), the only "State owned" Manpower exporting Company in Bangladesh. The Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh established BOESL in 1984 to earn more foreign exchange by way of exporting skilled and unskilled manpower. We established an application named BOESL App to help millions of people worldwide by giving latest information.
Project Progress Tracker is a web based application software that tracks progress of a project that is what percentage of the project is currently done. It shows progress to Admins through different charts and reports. It maintains yearly ADP allocation, quarterly fund release, monthly expenditure, procurement and work plan of a project throughout its life cycle. There are 4 types of stakeholders in the system namely Super Admin, Agency Admin, Project Admin and Data Entry User. There are different Dashboard for different level of user. Data Entry User submits project related data and Project Admin can approve or reject based on the authenticity of data. He can also add remarks while rejecting wrong data. Super Admin can monitor which projects are not giving data entry and send email notification to corresponding projects.
Currently all projects (24) under ICT ministry are using this system. A planning phase is going on to expand it to other ministries also. A day long workshop was conducted for hands-on training. 2 representatives from each project was invited.

Digital Servicebook is a web based application software to process activities related to Servicebook, from the opening of the book to PRL/Pension. Digital Servicebook contains data related to different events, such as Opening, Payfixation, Audit, Increment, Promotion, Leave, Punishment, transfer, PRL, Miscellaneous etc.
